Is JDIB connected to the police or government?
No. JDIB is an independent private detective agency with no government or police affiliation.
How much do detective services cost?
Charges depend on the case: the checks needed, locations and time involved. You receive a written quotation before any work begins. We do not publish fixed prices.
Are results guaranteed?
No honest agency can guarantee a result. We guarantee a lawful, documented process and a report that clearly separates what was verified from what was not.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. Your enquiry, our conversations and your report are shared only with you. We never discuss clients publicly.
Where do you work?
We are based in Bengaluru and take cases across South India. Research-based checks, such as fraud and online profile checks, are available anywhere in India and for NRIs.
What methods do you use?
Lawful methods only: enquiries, verification with sources, public information and observation in public places. We do not hack accounts, tap phones, use trackers on others' vehicles or obtain private records.
How do I start?
Send the enquiry form or a WhatsApp message with a short overview. We reply on WhatsApp first, then call if you have asked us to.
When are you available?
Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 10 pm. You can send an enquiry at any time.
Can I install the JDIB website as an app?
