How we work
We agree the allegation, scope and authority with management, review records you provide, conduct lawful enquiries and, where appropriate, undercover or observation work authorised by the employer. See surveillance and undercover.
Statutory processes
For sexual harassment complaints, the Internal Committee under the POSH Act leads the inquiry. We can support an organisation's processes, but we do not replace them.
Lawful and discreet
We work only through lawful means. We do not hack accounts, tap phones, obtain call records, place tracking devices or read private messages. Anyone who offers that is breaking the law, and so would the client.
