Questions about the process
How long does it take?
We agree an estimated timeline with you before work begins. Simple checks are faster than multi-part investigations, and the availability of information can affect completion.
How much does it cost?
Every case is different, so charges depend on what needs to be checked, where and for how long. You receive a written quotation before any work begins. What affects detective charges.
How do you keep my case confidential?
Case details are shared only with the investigators working on it, under a duty of confidentiality. Reports go only to you, through the channel you choose.
Can I stop the case midway?
Yes. Tell us, and we will stop work and explain what has been completed. Charges for work already done are set out in the quotation.
Get the facts before you decide.
Send a short, confidential enquiry. We will tell you what can be checked, how long it will take and what it will cost, before any work begins.
